Yay for more bunnies!

I love bunnies, such cute and fun animals. That is why I always refer to bunnies when I am talking about my kids. And now good news! Yay for more bunnies! My sister is pregnant and soon we will meet her very own blue bunny. As an auntie I had to make some toys for him. I made a bunny teething ring which fabric design version is seen all around. I really love the idea, basic but fun!
I also made a bunny rattle from Lucia Lanuka`s pattern which is also very popular. I sent my presents, including some lovely little man clothes and a blanket I made, to my sister before he arrives. I dont have photo of all of them but I am thinking and looking for more boys amigurumi toys which I will share later. I will be making more for him and this time I will give them to him myself (I hope) when I meet him (probably next summer). That is con of living in another country. You cant catch the news on time. :(

One of my friends has a baby girl now, I wanted to make something for her and while searching on Raverly I saw a baby vest project . It is not in English, there is an English translation but I really dont know what they try to say. Google translator translate better than that website . Easy peasy garter stitch vest for baby

This pattern is waiting in my draft list for more than a month. I have finished knitting and writing it but couldn`t take photo for the post. When it is sunny outside, I had things to do at home with kids; when I had time the weather was dark and gray. Better late than never, here is the pattern.. I hope i can publish all other craft projects waiting on my draft list soon :) I used leftover baby yarns from my stash and knitted with 4.00 knitting needles. The gauge and size will change depending on the yarn choice and needle. The vest is knitted starting from back part, in garter stitch. (Knit on both right and wrong side) With the yarn and needle I used 5 stiches in garter stitch is 1 inch. The chest of the finished vest is 20 inch which is suitable for 12-18 months old. Summer Flowers Shawl

This is a very easy and relaxing project that can be completed in a few hours with some basic crochet stitches. When you start making, it may seems it will take hours and hours to finish your shawl. As you continue, 2 flowers are decreased in each row so you won`t understand when you finished your shawl :) Yarn and hook : You can use double knitting or any other light weight yarn with a suitable hook. I prefer making this scarf with mercerized cotton yarn and 3.5 mm hook. To show better for the tutorial I used aran weight yarn with 4.00 mm hook.
